1. Who we are
The Kanz ("we", "us") is a Dubai-based perfume house operating thekanz.ae. For privacy questions write to info@thekanz.ae.
2. What we collect
When you place an order we collect: your name, the engraving name you choose, your delivery address, your phone number, and your email address. Payment is processed by Ziina and we never see or store your card details.
3. Why we collect it
To fulfil and ship your order, to send you the engraving design options for approval on WhatsApp, to issue your tax invoice, and to contact you about your order. If you opt in, we may also use your email to send occasional updates about new releases.
4. Who we share it with
Only our payment processor (Ziina), our shipping carrier, and our accountant for tax filing. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for seven years as required by UAE tax law. Marketing-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Cookies
We use a single technical cookie to remember your cart between visits, and basic analytics (page views) so we know which products people are interested in. No third-party advertising trackers.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data at any time. Write to info@thekanz.ae and we respond within 14 days.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. Major changes will be announced on the site.
