1. Who we are

The Kanz is a Dubai-based perfume house. By placing an order on thekanz.ae you accept these terms.

2. Made to order, no refunds after payment

Every Kanz bottle is filled, sealed, and engraved by hand to your specifications — including the name you choose to be engraved in gold. Because each piece is custom-made to your order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once payment is received we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds. Please read your order carefully before paying.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If the bottle arrives broken or the engraving does not match what you approved, contact us on WhatsApp (+971 55 829 0107) within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it at our cost. This is the only exception to clause 2.

4. The engraving process

After payment we send you two engraving design options on WhatsApp. You choose one. Once you choose, we cannot change it — the bottle goes straight to engraving. If you do not respond within 14 days of payment, we will use our standard styling at our discretion.

5. Pricing & taxes

All prices on the site are in AED and include UAE VAT at the prevailing rate. A tax invoice is issued with each order.

6. Delivery

We ship inside the UAE within 7–10 working days of engraving approval. International shipping is available on request. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Intellectual property

All photos, copy, designs, and the wordmark on this site are © The Kanz 2026. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Dubai.
